Ngaire died at Radius Fulton Care Centre on Tueday the 14th of February 2017 after a short illness. Her funeral was  held at Gillions Chapel on Tuesday 21st of February 2017.  A large crowd attended the service.

If Roses grow in Heaven Lord, please pick a bunch for us. Place them in Ngaire's arms and tell her they are from all of us.

Tell her that we love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while.

Because remembering her is easy, we do it every day, but there is an ache within our hearts that will never go away.
