Thank you to all those who attended the Special Meeting on Wednesday the 5^th of August to discuss the future of the Trust

We also express our very sincere thanks to Hon Stan Rodger who chaired this meeting at the request of our current Chair who is awaiting surgery for a medical problem. If you can believe it, his surgery is to take place in his hometown of Invercargill.

Another important date to put in your diary. This is a preliminary advice of the date of the Trust AGM which will take place on Tuesday 22^nd September 2020 at 7.30p.m in the Alexander McMillan Room.

Those who retire this year are Diane Nader, David Wood and Brian Crabbe and are eligible for re-election. The nomination forms are available on the website the completed forms must be in the hands of the Secretary by August 22 2020 and must be accompanied by a 100 word bio of yourself.

At the beginning of September, a further newsletter will be published which will set out the formal notice of the AGM together with the profile of those who have been nominated.

Just one further request—if you have changed your email address recently please let us know your new one so that the Trust can keep our records up to date
